Right of Withdrawal Information
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided that none of the exceptions listed below apply. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you take possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products (Print-on-Demand)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods

•        that are not prefabricated and for which the manufacture is based on an individual selection or decision by the consumer, or
•        that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code).

This particularly concerns all print-on-demand products in our range, such as:

•        Fine art prints in freely selectable formats and materials
•        Prints on textile canvas (stretched on frame)
•        Other individually configured art prints

These products are custom-made for you and are therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. A withdrawal or exchange is only possible if the goods are defective or damaged upon delivery.
