Shipping Areas
We deliver within Germany, the EU, and selected international countries.
Production and Delivery Times
All offered artworks (e.g., fine art prints, framed works, textile prints) are individually made to order. The production time usually ranges between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.
After production, the shipping duration varies depending on the destination country:
- Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
- EU countries: approx. 3–7 business days
- International shipments: approx. 7–14 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to high demand or external factors (e.g., customs, weather, shipping providers).
Shipping Carriers
Shipping is carried out with reputable logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, or comparable providers — depending on the destination and the shipment format.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address, product type, and size.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not included in the total price and must be borne by the buyer. Please check with your local authorities in advance.
Transfer of Risk & Liability
After handover to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. We are not liable for delays or damages occurring during transport.
